In the process we will give your room a look of warmth, beauty, and comfort without purchasing anything new.  It’s not what you have that is important it’s how it’s placed that makes all the difference.  Room Redesigns are quoted by size and contents of each room and combination price for multiple rooms.  You will be amazed when you see the results and often the cost is less than a new armchair.

Real Estate Staging

Unlike Interior Decorators, Interior Redesigners can re-arrange your home with what you already own.  With the help of a stager, your house can make a lasting impression on the potential homebuyer.  The reality is that you only have one opportunity to make a good first impression.  The potential buyer has made up their mind within seconds after they step in the front door.  In fact, they are already forming an opinion just as they pulled into your driveway.  That really doesn’t leave too much room for fault.  So who doesn’t want to sell their home quickly and for the most money?  It’s what you do to prepare your home for sale that can make the difference between waiting for an offer verse selling fast, or between dropping your price verses full price offers.  Why wouldn’t you want to do everything possible to prepare your home the right way… the best way, before placing it on the market?  Real Estate Staging broadens the appeal of a home and increases the market of potential buyers by showcasing architectural highlights of the home and creating inviting environment that buyers can envision themselves living in. 

Staging Evaluation Report

We also offer a written staging evaluation report for those who wish to prepare and stage the home themselves.  This is a comprehensive evaluation that is put into a detailed report form, which will include recommendations that should be taken to properly prepare and stage your home.  This evaluation report will also provide you a guide on what areas need attention on your property, inside and out, room by room.  Redesigning Women you the homeowner can implement all or part of the report recommendations.  Evaluations can run between $250 & $450.  Redesigning Women stagers are flexible and depending on the homeowners needs and budget concerns we can arrange to do as much or as little as you want.  You will be amazed when you see the results and often the cost is less than a new armchair.

Move-In Service

Settle in and enjoy your new home quickly and effortlessly.  We place furnishings as they come off the moving trucks.  We will hang artwork and accessorize each room.  Avoid the indecision of what should go where, especially if you have a completely different floor plan form your last home.  This is a great service for corporate executives, retirees or anyone else who would like to start enjoying their new home and surroundings immediately.

Personal Shopper Service

Receive expert decorating advice.  Avoid indecisions and costly decorating mistakes.  We are happy to accompany you on shopping trips (or shop for you), so that you will receive expert decorating advise, avoid indecision and costly decorating mistakes.  If items are needed to complete a room after it has been redesigned, we will give you specifics of items that are recommended.  We can shop for your personal needs, gifts, or staging requirements (see staging for further details).  Just give us your guidelines, budget, and criteria then sit back and relax.

Seasonal, Theme, or Holiday Decorating

From a formal dinner party, informal buffet, wedding, showers, or anything in between we will use your China, Crystal, Silver and any other treasures you might have to create unique & fun tablescapes & spaces for any occasion.

Presentations & Speaking Engagements

If your group needs a special program for an upcoming meeting, gathering, or fundraiser I have a variety of programs that can be tailored to your needs.  Rates will vary, call for details.

Before & After Parties

Gather a few friends, meet at your home for tea & coffee.  Then make plans to go out and enjoy the day (at a spa, a movie, or a day of shopping for example).  At the end of your outing invite your friends to return to your home and discover the transformation of a redesign (makeover, 1~Day Decorating)… you’ll be amazed!
